Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Lumora Skin is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
